Meet your Instructor
Aloha! I'm Kyle Anne, and I love to SUP and share the STOKE!
Getting people out on the water and enjoying all the beauty that nature offers is my passion.
SUP offers many benefits, both physical and mental.
Paddle boarding obviously builds a stronger core, but more importantly, better mental health!
Whether it's training or a casual paddle, SUP helps you relax by surrounding you with beautiful scenery and those "Blue Mind" feels.
SUP 101
Have you wanted to give Stand Up Paddling a try?
Here’s the perfect opportunity.

Private/Semi-Private/Small Group lessons available by appointment all summer.

Bring your own board or borrow one of ours. Learn how to get on the water safely with confidence.

Learn all the basic skills, like how to stand up (LOL), how to fall off and get back on SAFELY, how to turn, and how to stop.

Once you’ve got that down, we can develop your paddling technique, and after a few lessons, you’ll be SUPing with confidence.

On the fence about joining the Friday or Tuesday Group Paddles? Come take a lesson first.

This camp greatly benefits both beginner & intermediate paddlers.
Campers are encouraged to attend EVERY Friday! Best way to become a stronger paddler is more paddling! PaddleFit Camp also includes Tuesday Group paddles, to maximize "Time on Board"
PaddleFit Skills
Learn the basics: stance, balance, grip & a proper stroke. How to stop, turn, paddle straight, round a mark, and form a draft train.
Don’t worry if you don’t know or do these things yet, that’s okay -- that’s why you signed up!
Each Friday, we progressively build more confidence and ability.
We'll focus on paddle skills and drills to build your confidence, combined with a healthy dose of Fitness to build strength! Expect a few sit-ups, planks, and squats on your SUP along the way.
SUP Camp also takes group adventure paddles to Rose Island, under the Newport Bridge, and Coasters Island.
